Lightspeed Team Will Explain How to Cut RECT While Improving Trust at Convention/Expo

(Fairfax, VA) – A team from Lightspeed, Product Managers Von Anderson and Christopher Hauck, will discuss reducing Repair Event Cycle Time (RECT) during a workshop in the fixed ops track during the 2023 RV Dealers Convention/Expo. The Convention/Expo will take place Nov. 6-10, 2023, at Paris Las Vegas.

The educational session, “Increase Customer Trust and Transparency and Decrease RECT Times Using Tech,” is scheduled for 3:15 p.m. – 4:15 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 9. This workshop teaches dealers how to increase transparency, restore trust, and forge customer loyalty that will last a lifetime.

During the workshop, attendees will learn about:

  • Using video as a prime communication mechanism.
  • Keeping an efficient and effective calendar that allows for proper technician scheduling and syncing/visibility with the other departments.
  • Using eSignature to improve the customer experience (social media and online reviews) to stand out online and drive brand equity.


Hauck has been at Lightspeed for 23 years and is currently the director of product management. Anderson has been with Lightspeed for 20 years and has worked in a variety of areas including support, implementation, and is currently the principal RV product manager.
