Emma Falbo of Lazydays of Milwaukee
Receives Spader Scholarship
(Fairfax, VA) -- Emma Falbo of Lazydays of Milwaukee (formerly Burlington RV Superstore) was named the recipient of the Duane Spader Leadership Development Scholarship for the 2022-2023 LDP program year.
The award was given during the Young Executives Reception during the annual RV Dealers Convention/Expo.
The scholarship, valued at nearly $15,000, allows the recipient to attend an 18-month Spader Leadership Development Program tuition-free. The program is just one element of the strategic alliance between Spader and the Mike Molino RV Learning Center.
Falbo, who is the General Service Manager at the Lazydays store, has filled several increasingly important positions in her brief career.
“We had a good feeling about Emma after she was interviewed, but after we saw how she applied herself to every task she was assigned, we knew she was going to be something special,” said former Burlington RV Superstore owners Tim and Brenda Wegge.
Emma Falbo would like to dedicate her acceptance of this prestigious award to Brenda and Tim Wegge and thank them for their ongoing support, guidance, and friendship.
The scholarship is named after its founder and former RVDA chairman, Duane Spader. The joint arrangement promotes leadership development programs for RVDA members and provides one annual scholarship. This scholarship is part of a broader program of RVDA educational opportunities directed at Young RV Executives.
