Training by RV Manufacturer Adds Another Accomplishment to Coach-Net's Résumé

Technical Trainer from Lippert Components Trains Coach-Net Technicians and Agents

Grapevine, TX - Coach-Net announced that they recently hosted Lippert Components to impart technical training to their RV experts on Lippert, a leading high-tech manufacturer of RV components and accessories. This hands-on training was a part of the extra training that Coach-Net provides to its technicians and agents to ensure that their customers get 24/7 expert RV tech support from their RVTI Master Certified Technicians for any RV-related service.

Coach-Net, a technical and roadside assistance specialist for RVs for over 30 years, has an in-house network of over 40,000 roadside assistant providers, including medium and heavy towing assistance, and 15,000 repair and service stations throughout Canada and the United States. In addition, they have been chosen by many premier RV manufacturers to provide their roadside assistance programs that are sponsored with the purchase of a new unit. Due to the strong relationships within the RV industry, Coach-Net has access to most manufacturers’ lists of Authorized Service Centers. For the week-long training, they hosted Chet Dillenbeck, a Technical Trainer at Lippert Components. The training focused on the technical aspects of Lippert products and the new technologies they use, including boats and horse trailers. It emphasized the importance of third-party call centers, OEMs, and constantly updating technicians and agents about new technical developments to provide advanced customized assistance to RVers. Moreover, Coach-Net technicians and agents also learned the significance of a positive work atmosphere in delivering proficient service to not just RVers but also the dealerships they have collaborated with. According to Chet, "Lippert's "Care Center" is only open until 7 pm EST, but when a customer has Coach-Net, they can call for help 24/7. That's why it's so important to us to make sure Coach-Net technicians and agents have as much knowledge as possible about Lippert products.
