Developing Leadership Skills is Focus of
RVDA Convention’s Young RV Executives Course

(Fairfax, VA) – Author and business coach Mike Bensi will lead a special event for Young RV Executives during the 2021 RV Dealers Convention/Expo titled “Leadership Evolution.” The convention/expo will take place Nov. 8-12, 2021, at Paris Las Vegas.

Thanks to Gulf Stream Coach Inc.’s sponsorship, the Young RV Executives course remains affordable at $115 per dealer attendee and is limited to the first 50 registrants.

“Leadership Evolution” will be held from 8:00 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 9. Bensi’s exclusive presentation will explore various methods, and their benefits, of how Young RV Executives can advance their management and leadership skills. Watch a video preview of the course here.

  • The importance of emotional intelligence in your approach as a leader.
  • The common phases – and pitfalls – as we evolve as leaders.
  • The value of feedback in creating greater effort toward coaching.
  • Tools to help lead meaningful conversations with team members.

Fueled by his dedication to help develop stronger relationships between leaders and their employees, Bensi trains leaders on the importance of culture, putting employees first, and the role leaders play in accomplishing both.

The RVDA Convention/Expo Committee is working to provide a variety of workshops and networking events that will aid dealers in building on an expanding market and interest in RVs and RV travel.
