RV Dealers Convention/Expo Sessions Focus on Repair Event Cycle Time

(Fairfax, VA) -- Dealers interested in improving Repair Event Cycle Time (RECT) can access several valuable workshops related to this important topic on-demand as part of the virtual 2020 RV Dealers Convention/Expo through January 31.
Each RV repair order has a start date and a completion date. RECT is the amount of time that passes between those two dates. In more basic terms – RECT is the amount of time it takes to repair a unit. On-demand sessions on the convention/expo virtual platform demonstrate how RECT can improve in a few ways, including better management processes and customer communication.
In addition, some sessions qualify fixed operations professionals for Continuing Education Unit (CEU) credits that may be applied to recertification offered through the Mike Molino RV Learning Center. To view all the sessions that qualify for CEUs,
