Motility Launches Customer Success Team to Transform Dealer Engagement

In his new role as head of Customer Success, Brown will leverage his years of experience in supporting and leading the Motility Professional Services team, fueled by his passion for delivering customer solutions to solve dealer pain points. The Customer Success team will encompass Support Operations, Professional Services Consulting, Training, and Customer Onboarding, and will report directly to CEO Brad Rogers.
