Available exclusively through the Mike Molino RV Learning Center, the Parts Specialist online course covers 45 key competency areas and provides front-line people with the knowledge required to meet and exceed customer expectations. Developed by RV parts professionals for RV parts professionals, the course offers instruction on:

• Store merchandising
• Inventory management
• Online sales
• Seasonal promotions
• Over-the-counter sales
• Marketing parts and accessories

Multiple sections offer instruction on professionalism, inventory management, and customer service, and reinforce and drive home the top skillsets required of top-performing fixed operations personnel. Fully interactive and easy to navigate, the eight-course sections offer audio voice over and progress checks. It concludes with a timed, comprehensive final assessment. Cost for course: $150. NOTE: The Parts Specialist Certification is not included in the course fee.

How long do I have to complete the course?
You may enroll anytime. The current course term is Dec 1, 2023 – December 31, 2024. The next course term is December 1, 2024 – December 31, 2025.

May I take this course if I’m already a certified Parts Specialist? Yes, you may use this course once for CEU purposes. You will earn 4 CEUs toward recertification when you complete the course and provide the certificate of completion with your recertification application. Will I earn the Parts Specialist credential if I complete the course? No, this course helps new and experienced fixed operations personnel prepare for parts specialist certification. Certification candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a parts specialist (or closely related experience) and submit a certification application form with payment of $199.

CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS / TRANSFERS / EXTENSIONS: This course is non-transferable. Refunds are only provided if the registrant submits a request in writing within 14 days of registration and proof of no access to the Learning Management System (LMS) has been confirmed. A $50 administrative fee will be applied. Course extensions are not available. You have until December 31, 2024 to complete the course and print a certificate of completion. Policies and fees are subject to change without notice.
