Course materials are structured around the comprehensive job and task analysis developed by The Ohio State University’s Center on Education and Training for Employment, in conjunction with RV industry subject matter experts organized by the RV Learning Center. Fully interactive and easy to navigate, the courses offer audio voice over and numerous progress checks. Each course concludes with a timed, comprehensive final assessment.

Priced at $150 per student, per course, it’s an ideal way for service and parts professionals to prepare for certification through the RV Learning Center, which is available for an additional fee.

NOTE: The Parts Manager Certification is not included in the course fee.

How long do I have to complete the course? You may enroll anytime. The current course term is Dec 1, 2023 – December 31, 2024. The next course term is December 1, 2024 – December 31, 2025.

If I complete the course, will I be a certified Parts Manager? No. The RV Learning Center’s online courses help experienced fixed operations personnel prepare for certification. Complete details including certification qualification requirements, are provided here: Certification Information.

May I take this course if I’m already a certified Parts Manager? Yes, you may use this course once for CEU purposes. You will earn 4 CEUs toward recertification when you complete the course and provide the certificate of completion with your recertification application. CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS / TRANSFERS / EXTENSIONS: This course is non-transferable. Refunds are only provided if the registrant submits a request in writing within 14 days of registration and RVDA verifies the individual has not accessed the Learning Management System (LMS). A $50 administrative fee will be applied. Course extensions are not available. You have until December 31, 2024 to complete the course and print a certificate of completion. Policies and fees are subject to change without notice.
