RVDA Convention/Expo Half-day Course is Designed to Reduce Performance Gap Across Dealership Personnel Groups

(FAIRFAX, Va.) Dustin Kaehr, the founder of the Think. Lead. Live. Group, will present “Operational Leadership: Turning Culture into Consistent Results” as RVDA’s special session on leadership development. This half-day course is offered in conjunction with the 2026 RV Dealers Convention/Expo for an additional $124 and has been made possible by Gulf Stream Coach for over ten years.

Dealers can register for the RVDA Convention/Expo and this course through the convention website. With attendance for the course capped at 120 dealership professionals, early registration is encouraged as spots fill up fast. To view a preview of this course, click here.

“Strong leadership is one of the biggest factors in a dealership’s long-term success,” said Phil Sarvari, President of Gulf Stream Coach. “We’re proud to support this course for the 11th consecutive year because it gives dealership professionals practical skills they can take back to their teams and put into action immediately.”

Designed for dealership professionals, this interactive half-day course will prepare attendees to produce consistent results. Leaders implement processes, set expectations, and push for results…but performance remains inconsistent, accountability is uneven, and the same issues keep resurfacing. This session addresses that gap and will provide thought-provoking insights for everyone involved in dealership management, from owners to front-line influencers.

By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Clearly assess their current culture using a practical framework
  • Identify the root cause of recurring performance issues
  • Distinguish between operational breakdowns and relational breakdowns
  • Apply targeted strategies to improve execution and consistency
  • Create a more aligned, accountable, and high-performing team environment

Kaehr previously served as director of leadership development within Lippert’s RV division, where he worked closely with leaders across multiple facilities. He delivered a leadership course during the 2025 Convention/Expo and frequently contributes to RV Executive Today.

The Leadership Development Course is scheduled for 8:00 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 10, during the 2026 RV Dealers Convention/Expo. The convention/expo will take place Nov. 9-13 at Paris Las Vegas.
