Submission Portal

The 2025 RVDA Convention/Expo Committee is pleased to announce that submissions for the tracked education program for the RVDA Convention/Expo, Nov. 10-14, 2025, at Paris Las Vegas are being accepted. 

Review the submission guide  for in demand topics and tips on submitting a competitive proposal. 

All those that submit a complete proposal will be contacted and notified of the committee's decision by mid to late Summer (by the end of July).
