 John Peak is the Senior Vice President, Business Development and Global Capital Markets Leader for Wells Fargo Commercial Distribution Finance (CDF). In his role, he works with the commercial and risk teams to create financing solutions that enhance cash flow and drive growth for middle market and/or publicly traded companies. He leads strategic decisions for acquisitions/divestitures and helps develop innovative financial customer solutions. He heads Wells Fargo Commercial Distribution Finance (CDF)'s participation team. He is also the resident CDF expert in joint ventures sitting on the Polaris Acceptance (over 20 Years) and Brunswick Acceptance (over 15 years) boards since inception. He is also responsible for selling bonds, Rating Agency and Investor relations, SEC compliance, reporting and maintaining the GEDFMNT public securitization.
