 David T. Foco is a dynamic, competitive management professional with over 35 years of experience in the retail/commercial automotive and RV industry. David is an imaginative, innovative individual with proven management, sales, service, advertising, marketing, training and new business development skills. A history of significant profit, volume and customer satisfaction achievements, which illustrates the ability to combine cost control, revenue growth and process improvements through effective staff training and motivation has been David’s success. For many years, he has been dedicated to training others to succeed, and has helped hundreds of employees nationwide to become more successful themselves.  David became vice president for A World of Training in 2008. David works in dealerships helping dealers increase their business through effective communication, enhanced processes, effective hands on training, and an intense work ethic.  David has written articles for magazines such as RVPro and RV Executive Today.  He has been invited to speak at 20 group meetings as well as dealership sales and service meetings.  David’s energy and enthusiasm and light-hearted approach, is a trait that continues his relationship with everyone/dealership he meets.

Ordering warranty parts in today's RV World has become more complex than ever for our dealership personnel. Additionally, the communication with our customers regarding this process is typically sub par. In this workshop, David will discuss the nuances the dealership personnel must be aware regarding the process of ordering warranty parts. More importantly, David will solidify processes that you can implement back at your store to eliminate the everyday headaches of this process and enhance our customer communication as well as employee communication needed. 
During this workshop, attendees will learn:
  • The entire process for ordering/tracking "special order parts 
  • how to set customer expectations and solidify getting these parts installed for customers
  • Processes for the parts inspection and communicating with the service team and customers when parts arrive
