 Rob Cohen currently serves as a consultant with KPA. He started with Auto Advisory Services (AAS) in 1994, served as President from 2006 to 2014, and Chairman from 2014 to 2018. Rob is a co-founder of Motor Vehicle Software Corporation (MVSC) and in 2007 they launched DMVdesk, the industry’s first comprehensive vehicle registration management system. In 2015, he sold his interest in MVSC to Accel-KKR. In 2018, Rob sold AAS to KPA Services, LLC. From 2011 to 2018 and worked with Arent Fox’s Automotive Industry Practice as Senior Automotive Counsel. Rob worked as a car salesman and did F&I during law school. His areas of expertise include, truth in lending, consumer vehicle leasing, vehicle sales and finance compliance, advertising compliance, and vehicle registration and titling requirements.

This training, which is continuously updated, will focus on the very latest litigation tactics used against motor vehicle dealers and how RV dealers can better partner with manufacturers to resolve customer issues and prevent litigation.  For the first time at RVDA, the “Super Lawyers” panel will include an in-house attorney from a major RV manufacturer.  All attendees will receive access to a free PowerPoint presentation that will help them train their service employees on how to prevent litigation.
