Parts Manager Certification

Properly trained parts management professionals develop top performing departments and add value to the dealership. Parts managers certified through the RV Learning Center study and learn about merchandising, parts inventory, sales, management and customer service through the Parts Manager Learning Guide. The nine-section guide prepares candidates for the certification exam.


Eligibility

Management-level parts personnel must have a minimum of two years of RV parts or industry related experience and possess the necessary supervisory and budget planning knowledge

  • 131 questions
  • 131 minutes to complete
  • 81% score required to pass
  • Activation required
  • Scores are only provided via written correspondence. 
  • All tests are online

Once Certified

  • You will receive a framed certificate to display at your dealership (includes your name, certified title and certification expiration date) and a patch for your uniform shirt (additional patches available for purchase)
  • A letter of recognition is also included with your framed certificate packet (copy of the letter goes to dealer principal)
  • Induction into the Society of Certified RV Professionals

Maintain Your Certification

  • Earn CEUs (continuing education units) through approved training
  • Retake the exam during the last year of your certification
  • Get more information on recertification
