RVDA Convention/Expo Committee Seeks Workshop Submissions for 2025

Submission Deadline: April 18, 2025


(Fairfax, VA) – RVDA’s Convention/Expo Committee is seeking workshop proposals for the 2025 RV Dealers Convention/Expo, Nov. 10-14 at Paris Las Vegas. The committee-selected workshops will be held Tuesday, Nov. 11 through Thursday, Nov. 13. Review the request for proposal document on the convention website for this year’s in-demand topics, submission guidelines, and link to the submission portal.

As the premier networking and education-focused event for North American RV dealers and dealership professionals, the convention will feature 45 and 60-minute concurrent “tracked” non-promotional workshops for dealership principals, general managers, and top-performers in parts, service, F&I, sales, digital marketing, and business development centers.

In-demand topics for the committee-selected workshops include:

Dealer/GM
  • Successful management structures for multi-location dealerships
  • Using artificial intelligence (AI) effectively in the dealership
  • Developing managers and future leaders
  • Understanding and acting on key dealership performance indicators
  • Finding and keeping top performers
  • Staying on top of government regulations, e.g., FTC, OSHA, etc.
  • Culture: Business conduct and ethics
  • Succession planning (passing the torch)
  • Sourcing preowned units
  • Cybersecurity and preventing fraud


Fixed Operations (Parts, Warranty and Service)

The committee welcomes submissions from “in-the-trenches” training professionals, consultants, dealership professionals, vendors, and others who support the RV industry. The convention is sponsored by RVDA - the National RV Dealers Association, RVDA of Canada, and the Mike Molino RV Learning Center.
