Set of Convention/Expo Workshops
(Fairfax, VA) – Vice President of Marketing for KENECT, McKay Allen, will host a pair of workshops at the 2021 RV Dealers Convention/Expo. Allen’s first workshop is geared toward an RV dealership’s fixed ops department and the second education session will take on Google Reviews. “How to Navigate a Historic Opportunity in Your Service Department,” is scheduled for Wednesday, November 10 from 10:15 a.m. – 11:15 a.m. In this informative session Allen will discuss ways to increase revenue in a dealership’s fixed ops department, how to make the experience easy and convenient for customers, and how to streamline parts and service processes.
This session will teach attendees:
- How to keep customers informed on service and parts.
- Specific ways to expedite customer response time.
- Methods to collect touchless payments and save on transaction fees.
Then, on Thursday, November 11 from 3:15 p.m. - 4:15 p.m. in the digital marketing education track, Allen will present “What to Do When You Get a Negative Google Review.” Research shows that 93 percent of consumers choose a business based on reviews. Even a single negative review can have a significant impact on a business’s reputation. In this workshop, Allen will teach attendees what they should do about negative reviews and, more importantly, what not to do when you get one.
