Talent Retention & Generational Diversity Experts to Host Three Educational Workshops at the 2019 RVDA Convention/Expo

(Fairfax, VA) Gabrielle and Brian Bosché of The Millennial Solution will co-present three educational workshops in the sales and dealer/GM tracks at the 2019 RV Dealers Convention/Expo. The convention/expo is the premier education and networking event for North American RV dealers and takes place Nov. 11-15 at Caesars Palace on the Las Vegas strip.

In the sales track, the Boschés will first present “Brand Yourself: 4 Secrets of Brilliant Branding” at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 13. This session will teach attendees about the four scalable secrets to effective branding needed to capture customers, grow market share, and engage your workforce.

The Science of Managing, Motivating and Retaining Millennials” will take place Thursday, Nov. 14 at 2:00 p.m. In this dealer/GM track session, the Boschés will outline the seven things needed to retain top talent, the 4-step process to never lose an employee again, and how to gain, train and retain qualified talent in the RV industry.

The Boschés final education workshop, “Winning The Customer Experience In The Digital Age” will examine the five mistakes dealers make trying to get more customers, why the customer experience starts on the phone, and real-world strategies dealers can use to turn customers into raving fans.
