Jody Urquhart Workshops at RVDA Convention/Expo Focus on Positive Leadership, Embracing Challenges
Video preview available for both workshops
(Fairfax, VA) Jody Urquhart, a highly sought-after funny motivational speaker and author, will present two hour-long education workshops in the Dealer/GM Track at the 2017 RV Dealers International Convention/Expo. The convention/expo is the premier education and networking event for North American RV dealers. It takes place at Bally’s in Las Vegas, Nov. 6-10.
Urquhart’s RVDA speaker page is located on the convention website complete with a video preview of both sessions.
In the Dealer/GM Track, Urquhart will present “The Nerve to Serve, Say Hello to Humor and Goodbye to Burnout!,” at 3:15 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 9. By demonstrating how humor helps sustain control, positivity, and maintains balance and perspective, dealers will learn to effectively and inexpensively counter stress, improve morale, and create a work environment that is friendlier, less stressful, and more productive.
Urquhart’s second education workshop, “This Would be Funny...If it Wasn't Happening to Me!,” promises to be a hilarious and provocative presentation with strategies for dealing with stress instead of running and hiding. Attendees will leave this session ready to embrace challenges and engage others with new ideas, innovation and conviction. The workshop also takes place on Thursday, from 4:30-5:30 p.m.
The convention is sponsored by RVDA–The National RV Dealers Association, RVDA of Canada, and the Mike Molino RV Learning Center and each year the Convention Committee focuses on featuring new presenters like Valerie Ziebron to keep the content relevant and fresh for dealers.
The convention will also feature an expo of the RV industry’s top companies offering products and services to help dealers improve profitability.
