(Fairfax, VA) Motivational speaker George Dans delivers inspiring speeches that are backed with real world training content and a drive to help those he encounters to succeed. George has been training RV dealership personnel since 1999 and presented over 750 keynotes and workshops. The convention/expo is the premier education and networking event for North American RV dealers and takes place at Bally’s in Las Vegas, Nov. 6-10.
“Turn Your CRM into an ATM Machine” takes place Wednesday, Nov. 8 at 2:00 p.m. In this captivating workshop, attendees will learn how to build a fantastic repeat and referral business, why someone else is needed - besides the sales people - to do a follow up, and how dealers can increase sales and profits every year while cutting their ad budgets in half. Dans’ second workshop, also in the sales track is," Coffee is for Closers - Close Em or Lose Em!" on Thursday, Nov. 9, at 10:15 a.m. After this workshop, attendees will be able to apply a simple sales process that is easy to follow and is adaptable to any type of RV product or dealership, three of George's most powerful and easy-to-use methods that will help close more sales, professionally, without sacrificing gross profit, and how to start an easy sales training program. His final workshop, “Do You Have Order Takers or Sales People in Your Parts and Service Departments?,” will be presented in the parts and service tracks Thursday, Nov. 9, at 3:15 p.m. This workshop will teach fixed ops personnel five of the easiest, basic selling skills to use, how to track and forecast everyone's performance, and how to have the service and parts team to work together to improve proficiency.
