RVDA Leadership Roundtable/RV Executives Management Development

The RVDA board supports management development for our dealerships and is committed to fostering the growth of new and future industry leaders. The RVDA Leadership Roundtable program provides targeted educational and networking opportunities designed to meet the needs of both its younger members and new leaders in the RV Industry. The Leadership Roundtable identifies special sessions held during RVDA's Convention/Expo of interest to up-and-coming managers, or experienced managers looking to improve their ability to lead their departments. The Convention/Expo also offers a unique opportunity for younger RVDA members to socialize and get to know their peers and the officers and board at various networking receptions. Through a partnership with Spader Business Management, the RV Learning Center awards a scholarship to an 18-month leadership development program. The scholarship is valued at almost $15,000. In addition, throughout the year, educational webinars are offered on a variety of topics relevant to both new and experienced managers. Members are encouraged to interact throughout the year on our LinkedIn Group and to connect with the RV Learning Center and one another on Facebook.
