Retail Experience Design Leader, Jill Nickels, to Present Workshops in Sales Track at RVDA Convention/Expo

(Fairfax, VA) The 2019 RV Dealers Convention/Expo will feature two 60-minute workshops in the sales education track by first-time convention speaker Jill Nickels, Retail Experience Design Leader and Principal at Gensler. The convention/expo is the premier education and networking event for North American RV dealers and takes place Nov. 11-15 at Caesars Palace on the Las Vegas strip.

Nickels first workshop, “ROI to ROE: Identifying the Factors of a Great Experience and Measuring the Impact,” takes place at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 14. In this session, she will share qualitative research on the five universal intentions of an experience and teach attendees about developing a more valuable customer experience for their dealership’s brand.

Directly following her first workshop, Nickels will present, “How to Build Your Brand,” at 3:15 p.m. Attendees will learn the difference between a logo, a product, marketing, and a physical experience in this educational session and leave with the knowledge of how customers create meaningful connections to a brand.
