Former RVDA Chairman Jeff Pastore to be Inducted into RV/MH Hall of Fame

The RV/MH Heritage Foundation board has announced the names of those who will be inducted into the RV/MH Hall of Fame in August as the Class of 2020. RV industry inductees for the Class of 2020 are:

Jeff Pastore, RV dealer – Jeff Pastore of Hartville RV Center in Hartville, OH, currently serves on the RVDA Board of Directors as chairman of the Mike Molino RV Learning Center. He is a past RVDA Chairman of the Board and received the association’s highest honor, the James B. Summers award in 2010.

Mark Beecher, RV finance executive –Mark Beecher worked as an innovator in providing RV financing to consumers for Bank of the West and John Deere Credit. During his career, Beecher supported dealer education through RV Dealers Convention/Expo and many state and regional association events.

Garth W. Cane, RV service expert – Garth Cane has contributed tirelessly to the Canadian RV industry and the community for more than 65 years, as a sales associate, RV service tech, RV tech trainer, tech editor, and RV seminar presenter at RV shows and rallies throughout North America.

David Fought, RV manufacturer – David Fought began as draftsman at Starcraft RV in 1970. He and some partners eventually founded SunnyBrook RV, where they built and marketed his light-aluminum superstructure that helped ignite the growth of the towable sector of the RV industry.

Dave Schutz, RV supplier –As senior vice president, RV OEM Sales North America for Dometic, Dave Shutz has a long history of service to the U.S. and Canadian RV industries. He received RVIA’s Special Award for making extraordinary contributions to the industry’s overall success.

RV/MH Hall Foundation President Darryl Searer said “congratulations to the new honorees. All of them have had or are having outstanding careers and are richly deserving of this high honor.”
