Presented at no charge to RV dealers, the Stanek Group at Morgan Stanley will be hosting an educational webinar on how Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017, also known as the tax reform, will affect their business.

An overwhelming majority of business owners haven’t yet taken time to understand how the recent tax reform will affect them. Please join us for a webinar to learn about the key highlights behind the tax reform and how it may affect your business and personal wealth. The presentation will focus on:

Brad Stanek, Morgan Stanley

Brad Stanek has worked in the financial services industry since 1993, becoming an investment professional with Morgan Stanley in 2009 through a predecessor firm. As a Senior Vice President, he focuses on the financial planning for executives and business owners.

Brad is also a Certified Financial Planner and is registered in all 50 states. His focus is on financial planning and exit planning for business owners in the RV, Appliance and Electronics, Power Sports, Integrators and Outdoor Power Equipment industries.

Mark Mirsky, ROI Business Services

Mark W. Mirsky leads the Taxation and Management Advisory Services at ROI Business Services, LLC. Mark focuses in partnership, S corporation, and multi-state taxation as well as assisting business startups, the acquisition and disposition of businesses, international taxation, and real estate.

While Mark works with companies in manufacturing/distribution, service firms, and related industries, he also represents a variety of clients including medical, technology and web-based companies, construction companies, and individuals.
