One of the top issues RV dealerships are facing today is the struggle to attract and retain top talent. Plagued by a widespread perception problem and a tight job market, RV dealerships must evolve to recruit young people entering the workforce.  By 2030, millennials will account for 75% of the workforce. Now more than ever, people are going to college prior to seeking employment. It’s time to recognize that the younger generations have different goals and values than the candidates who came before them. RV Dealers today find that it is exceptionally hard to land the best people — and a constant struggle to retain them. Offering competitive benefits programs is now more important than ever.  But what benefits do employees really want?

During this workshop, attendees will learn:
  • Latest trends in benefits to help you spend valuable benefits dollars wisely
  • Peer success stories to build a benefits competitive edge
  • Insights into employee expectations and best practices for impactful plan outcomes
