David T. Foco is a dynamic, competitive management professional with over 35 years’ experience in the retail/commercial automotive and RV industry. David is an imaginative, innovative individual with prove management, sales, service, advertising, marketing, training and new business development skills. A history of significant profit, volume and customer satisfaction achievements, which illustrates the ability to combine cost control, revenue growth and process improvements through effective staff training and motivation has been David’s success. Mosaic Compliance Services, LLC
Jim Ganther is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and the Notre Dame Law School. After establishing his career as a business attorney and litigator in Washington, D.C. and Tampa, Florida, he became in-house counsel for an F&I brokerage where he focused on legal issues affecting automobile dealerships. In 2006, he founded Mosaic Compliance Services, which provides customized web-based compliance management systems for automobile, RV and power sport dealerships. Jim is an AV-rated attorney, a member of the National Association of Dealer Counsel, and was designated by F&I and Showroom Magazine as a member of their national "Who's Who in F&I."
Tony Gonzalez is a Colorado native who loves being outdoors. When he is not working he can be found with his wife Amy and his two sons, Cruz and Diego. The family partakes in camping, bicycling, dirt biking as well as snowshoeing, skiing, and snowmobiling. Gonzalez began his career in the motorcycle industry in 2004. A true student of the industry, he quickly became a sales trainer and a moderator. Gonzalez has a keen model to motivate his clients and is considered one of the best 20-Club moderators in the industry. Tony believes that his greatest accomplishment was recreating the environment that put the motorcycle dealer first again. He is passionate about being a dealer's advocate and firmly believes that dealers are his family, not his clients.
Mosaic Compliance Services, LLC
Randy Henrick is an experienced vehicle dealer compliance and consumer credit attorney and consultant. He was the regulatory and compliance attorney for Dealertrack, Inc. for 12 years and authored all of Dealertrack's Compliance Guides. Randy also was the thought leader for Dealertrack's Compliance product and worked with numerous dealers and trade associations. Randy has over 30 years’ experience in consumer credit and compliance. Prior to working for Dealertrack, Randy worked for GE Capital, Citibank, MasterCard International, and Fleet Boston. Randy operates a consulting business for dealers that provides assistance with regulatory and compliance issues ranging from advertising and policy reviews to webinar-based training on sales, F&I, privacy, data security, and other topics.
Christina Johnson, Lead Senior HR Consultant at KPA has over 20 years of HR Management, Benefits Management and Consulting experience. Her specializations are system implementations, process improvement and employee benefits. Christina has a Master’s of Science in Organizational Leadership/Human Resources and also has her S-CP (Senior Certified Professional) certification with SHRM.
Scott believes "teaching" only occurs when something is learned. He literally grew up in a showroom and founded Qualify Wizard with more than 18 years of experience from both the retail and vendor sides of the desk. The first 11 years of his career were spent in high end auto dealerships working a variety of positions in upper management. Subsequently, he served as a national retention manager and dealer trainer for Autobytel, Inc., for 7 years providing sales training events and online training to hundreds of dealerships. Scott has presented at Digital Dealer conferences as well as other industry related events.
Krenek RV Center
Scott Krenek has an extensive background in the RV rental business and a reputation as a leader in the field. An owner and operator for more than 35 years, he was instrumental in starting the industry’s first 20 Group focused exclusively on helping dealers improve their rental operations. Krenek has also served as an instructor at the RV Dealers International Convention/Expo and the annual RV Rental School organized by MBA Insurance.

David Martin is President of The Mar-Kee Group, an international sales and management training company. He has 40 years of sales, management and training experience and his firm has served more than 4,900 dealers worldwide. David has spoken at 40 national and international conventions, including NADA, RVDA, RVIA and AADA. He is the co-creator of eRVtraining, a RV-specific sales and management training program.
Scott Meyer is the brofounder of 9 Clouds (brother+cofounder), a digital marketing firm proudly based in Sioux Falls, SD that provides inbound marketing for automotive and RV dealers. A frequent speaker and teacher at events such as the automotive conferences NADA, Digital Dealer and Driving Sales Canada, Meyer writes on how to use technology to grow your community and business. Scott also presented at the 2017 RVDA Convention/Expo specializing dealer education in the social media sector.

Shawn Moran started his career in 2002 as a Business Manager at an Automotive Dealership in Upstate NY. In 2003, Shawn went on to become a successful Finance Director for a large RV & Marine Dealership with multiple locations. In November of 2008, Shawn made the decision to open his own agency, F&I Consulting Unlimited, where he quickly became known for his work ethic and knowledge of the RV Industry.
Expedition Motor Homes, Inc.
Martin Onken is the President of Expedition Motor Homes in southern California. In addition to leading and managing the dealership, he also trains and consults third parties to open and operate successful RV rental dealerships and departments. Martin has presented at the RVDA convention/expo in previous years, primarily focusing on rental specific education.
November 1st marks 30 years exactly in the RV industry for Raymond Padgett. After managing the parts and service departments successfully for ten years in Florida, he was recruited by Stag Parkway to work in sales. After 10 months in sales, Raymond was promoted to sales management. After nearly doubling the branch’s sales in three years they requested he move to Category Management. In that position Raymond was responsible for half of the product in Stag’s offering. He transitioned to Keystone Automotive Operations as they entered the RV Market and was part of the NTP transition team. Raymond then went to work as Vice President of Marketing for Blue Ox. Eventually deciding to strike out on his own and start ARC Representation, A Different Type of Rep Group. With four years under their belt, ARC has emerged as a thriving rep group centered on helping RV dealer grow their parts and accessory sales.

Plave Koch PLC
Leslie Pujo is a Partner at Plave Koch PLC in Reston, Virginia. Pujo’s practice focuses on two primary areas – vehicle rental law and franchise law. Pujo is a frequent speaker on vehicle rental issues. Before joining Plave Koch, Pujo was a partner with LaPlaca Pujo, P.C. in Rockville, Maryland, in-house counsel for a major hotel franchisor and an associate at a leading Washington, DC law firm.
A World of Training
Michael Rees, as President of A World of Training, is a hands-on, results-oriented leader with a comprehensive successful background in RV and automobile sales, management, training and overall dealership operations. Working all aspects of management (F&I, Sales, GSM and General Manager), he moved back to England and became a Partner in a new and used car dealership, taking it to #1 in the nation. Since returning to the U.S. in 2000, he has been dedicated to training others to succeed, and has helped hundreds of dealers nationwide to become more successful themselves. Michael has written several articles for magazines such as Auto Dealer Monthly, RV Executive Today and RV Business. He is also a regular workshop speaker at the annual RVDA and NADA conventions – he invariably speaks to a full house due to his captivating topics and lively presentation style.
Jordon Schoolmeester is the Manager of Management Training Academies for Garage Composites. His love for camping came at an early age of just 10 years old. Jordon's passion for the outdoors causing his primary focus for dealership training with an emphasis on process and leadership. He enjoys getting the most out of dealers he works with and developing processes to ultimately provide the tools in maintaining relationships for life.

Samantha Scott, APR is the President of Pushing the Envelope, Inc., a Certified Woman Owned Business marketing communication firm offering strategic communication services since 2006. Honored with more than 30 awards, she’s worked with brands such as Harley-Davidson, West Marine and California Closets. Published numerous times and a national-level speaker, she has produced flagship store grand openings for international brands, facilitated strategic marketing and community relations multi-million dollar facilities, garnered media placements in The New York Times, USA Today online, UK Daily, and more.

Jered Sobel is Vice President of Sobel University an exclusive RV sales and management training company. At the last RVIA meeting, Jered received the 40 under 40 award for achievement in the RV industry. In just under five years, Jered has built a following of over 500 viewers consisting of RV dealers and employees on his RV Monthly Training Webinar. Monthly, Jered holds five-day courses speaking to groups of 40 to 120 RV sales department top producers. Jered also works one on one with RV Dealership personnel as well as with sales teams. You will also see Jered training in RV Dealerships live at least two weeks every month. Jered is known for designing the industry standard onboarding sales training manual. Jered identifies with the millennials as well as the most experienced RV professionals. Jered is published in RV trade publications monthly and is most appreciated for his insightful view of today’s consumer.

David Spader serves as a lead trainer and consultant for Spader Business Management. His areas of specialty include leadership development, succession planning, strategic development, company culture and effective hiring practices. He is the primary instructor for Spader’s Leadership Development Programs, Effectively Leading and Managing Employees Workshop, and Hiring Winners Workshop. He is also a lead instructor for the Total Management 2 Workshop. In addition, David spends a significant portion of his time providing hands-on coaching for executives, managers, and future leaders throughout North America. He has recently been invited to present at national conventions in the RV, Marine, Farm Equipment and Powersports industries. Born and raised in South Dakota, John Spader serves as President of Spader Business Management. John is one of the primary instructors of the popular Total Management Workshop offered by his company, and presents various other workshops and seminars related to business management. He is the author of articles which have appeared in many industry journals. John has been invited to speak for groups including Recreation Vehicle Dealers Association of America, Marine Retailers Association of America, North American Equipment Dealers Association, Outdoor Power Equipment Institute, and many more. John has worked closely with individual businesses in a variety of industries located in several countries around the world as a small business management resource provider and Spader 20 Group facilitator. He has also consulted and worked with associations and manufacturers, always with the focus on the privately-owned business whose owners’ savings are on the line.

Brad has worked in the financial services industry since 1993, becoming an investment professional with Morgan Stanley in 2009 through a predecessor firm. Initially with Merrill Lynch, he came to Morgan Stanley to provide clients with a full range of financial services and investment advice from one of the largest firms on Wall Street. Brad is a Certified Financial Planner and is registered in all 50 states. His focus is on financial planning and exit planning for business owners in the RV, Appliance and Electronics, Power Sports and Outdoor Power Equipment industries.

With over 15 years of experience working with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families, Jane Warner brings extraordinary skill to clients’ wealth planning process, evaluating specific planning needs and building out integrative solutions. Before joining Bank of the West, Jane was a Senior Wealth/Business Succession Strategist for Wells Fargo. She also held positions as a Planning Specialist at Highland Capital Brokerage and Marsh McLennan Private Client Services. Jane has been speaking at events across the country on wealth transfer and business planning for many years. Before entering the institutional wealth planning environment, she was in private law practice.

Ron Wheeler is founder and principal of Wheeler Advertising. He has been a featured speaker at RVDA for over 25 years and at NADA for over 18 years speaking on relevant and hot topics ranging from Dealership Branding, TV Effectiveness, Social Media and Digital Marketing. He began his RV advertising career over 30 years ago. He has been very involved in the RV industry serving as the RVDA Convention And Expo Chairman for 6 years and has also sat on the RV Hall of Fame Board. His company works with RV Dealers in over 30 states as well as Canada.
Valerie Ziebron started VRZ Consulting in 1989 and has since worked with hundreds of clients – big and small to increase not only CSI and Profitability but also job enjoyment. She firmly believes that “Work that’s fun, gets done!” She has delivered thousands of presentations around the world for dealers and their OEM partners. Her clients have included Yamaha, Chrysler, GM, Eastman Kodak and many others. Valerie makes a special study of what a dealership can do to “flip the switch from Reactive to Proactive” with the firm belief that to be profitable, you must be proactive.
