 Graham Anderson


Graham Anderson is the Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer at Kenect. He started his career in television working for NBC Universal on projects and shows like the Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, Saturday Night Live, The Doctor Oz Show, The Today Show and the 2008 Beijing Summer Olympics. From there, he has co-founded and been the marketing leader multiple technology businesses focused on helping small businesses grow and generate more revenue. With Kenect, a reputation management and business texting platform created for dealerships, Graham helps hundreds of RV dealerships across the country to manage and generate thousands of online reviews.

 Brian Bosché

 The Millennial Solution

Brian Bosché is the CEO of The Millennial Solution and a former national journalist. He started his first successful company at the age of 26 with a laptop, a phone, and 50 dollars. Brian is an expert on purpose at work and a consultant who helps business leaders and companies (big and small) keep their top talent. He has personally consulted Fortune 500 companies, A-list celebrities, and designed strategies for leaders looking to remain on top in this competitive talent market. Brian's clients include some of America's top companies and he has helped them cut massive losses related to employee churn. 

 Gabrielle Bosché

 The Millennial Solution

Gabrielle is the leading expert in generational diversity and millennial engagement. She is regularly called on for her insight from print, radio and television outlets.  Gabrielle conducts high level research on millennial retention and brand loyalty and has led research efforts in partnership with organizations such as The Catholic University of America and Burk International. Gabrielle brings her vast experience working one-on-one with millennials to the stage. A millennial herself, Gabrielle specializes in demystifying the millennial generation and motivating them to do and be more. Gabrielle has been called a "Millennial Mediator", by bridging the generation gap and bringing her passion and personality to solving the challenge of a multi-generational workplace.

 Paige Bouma


Serving as Vice President for Trader Interactive's Recreational Brands, Paige brings nearly 15 years of experience in powersports and RV advertising media. With extensive experience in digital advertising, large-scale partnerships, customer service, and dealership consultation, Bouma has proven to be an exceptional leader within these industries. Her professional and personal passion for the RV industry, combined with her years of experience, has allowed her to consistently develop comprehensive digital advertising solutions that meet the needs of RV dealers of all sizes across the nation.

 Meaghan Cooper

 Meaghan Cooper has been running BDC departments for nearly 10 years. She is passionate about helping dealers improve their processes and Meaghan helps them become more successful.

 George Dans

 The George Dans Group

George Dans has been speaking for over 25 years in the RV industry and his energy, passion and knowledge is one of the best. George has trained at just about every size of RV dealership you can imagine, and his training is real world and up to date with the generation of salespeople that are now being called the future of the RV Industry. George has spoken at RVDA 3 of the last 5 years, along with other state conventions such as NADA, RVDA Canada, and other industry leaders. His knowledge of the business is unmatchable to most. George's knowledge, education and the ability to transfer it to his audience, is the difference maker. His ideas and training are easy to listen to and even easier to use once you get back to your dealership.

 David Foco

 A World of Training

David T. Foco is a dynamic, competitive management professional with over 35 years of experience in the retail/commercial automotive and RV industry. David is an imaginative, innovative individual with prove management, sales, service, advertising, marketing, training and new business development skills. A history of significant profit, volume and customer satisfaction achievements, which illustrates the ability to combine cost control, revenue growth and process improvements through effective staff training and motivation has been David’s success. For many years, he has been dedicated to training others to succeed, and has helped hundreds of employees nationwide to become more successful themselves.  David became vice president for A World of Training in 2008. David works in dealerships helping dealers increase their business through effective communication, enhanced processes, effective hands on training, and an intense work ethic.  David has written articles for magazines such as RVPro and RV Executive Today.  He has been invited to speak at 20 group meetings as well as dealership sales and service meetings.  David’s energy and enthusiasm and light-hearted approach, is a trait that continues his relationship with everyone/dealership he meets.

 Scott Folkers

 Scott Folkers is the Senior Counsel at Winnebago Industries, Inc. Prior to joining Winnebago, Folkers was employed as in-house counsel for John Morrell & Co. in Sioux Falls, S.D. He had previously worked as an associate attorney for Woods, Fuller, Shultz & Smith PC in Sioux Falls. Folkers received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Iowa and his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of South Dakota, College of Law, in Vermillion, S.D.

 Matt Gilroy

 The Omnia Group

Matt is the Key Account Manager at The Omnia Group, an employee selection and management consulting firm. Matt partners with his clients to select top talent, build high performing teams, develop effective management strategies and create succession planning using behavioral assessment tools and concepts. Throughout the course of his career, he has engaged audiences through training and presentations covering topics specific to a multitude of industries. Through his personal and professional experiences, he has proven a success in establishing and developing key relationships. As a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, Matt received and provided extensive training in valuable leadership initiatives. With over 15 years of program, territory, operational and account management, he has partnered with hundreds of clients in the fields of education, healthcare, staffing, pharmaceuticals, and athletics to achieve the highest standards. 

 Randy Henrick

 Mosaic Compliance Services, LLC

  Randy Henrick is an experienced vehicle dealer compliance and consumer credit attorney and consultant. He was the regulatory and compliance attorney for Dealertrack, Inc. for 12 years and authored all of Dealertrack's Compliance Guides. Randy also was the thought leader for Dealertrack's Compliance product and worked with numerous dealers and trade associations. Randy has over 30 years’ experience in consumer credit and compliance. Prior to working for Dealertrack, Randy worked for GE Capital, Citibank, MasterCard International, and Fleet Boston. Randy operates a consulting business for dealers that provides assistance with regulatory and compliance issues ranging from advertising and policy reviews to webinar-based training on sales, F&I, privacy, data security, and other topics. 

 Karla Kramer

 Protective Asset Protection

 Karla Kramer is a highly experienced National Trainer.  She has an entrepreneurial mindset which explains her self-motivated attitude and commitment to helping others learn and grow.  Early on in her career she saw the need for developing and coaching sales teams. Karla worked in a variety of industries for 20-plus years inspiring others to seek what is best in themselves.   Her experience includes national and international companies such as:  Breckinridge Inc GMAC Insurance, Furniture Brands Inc and Protective Asset Protection to mention a few. She has managed a team of 16 and developed over 300 customized eLearning lessons, 53 leadership videos and 50 training manuals centered around system point of sales, selling/customer service, product knowledge and leadership skills. Karla’s energy, enthusiasm and excellent listening skills allow her to connect with groups as they comfortably interact, learn, practice and explore.  These strengths help her to interface with all levels within the organizations. 

 Sandra Lewandowski

 Bank of America Merrill Lynch

   Sandra Lewandowski serves as Senior Vice President, Enterprise Financial Solutions Specialist at Bank of America.  In her role, Sandra works with clients in the Global Commercial Banking segment including RV Dealerships to deliver comprehensive, integrated, benefit solutions and financial wellness programs to corporations, organizations, and their employees. Arenas of expertise include institutional retirement plans, health benefit solutions, and employee financial education programs. Sandra has extensive experience working with clients to deliver financial solutions.  She joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 2007 as a Business Banking Senior Relationship Manager in Orange County, where she managed a portfolio of commercial clients and prospects to bring end to end commercial banking solutions, including credit, deposit accounts, treasury services, and international banking.   She was also actively engaged in business integration efforts to bring Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s tremendous breadth of capabilities to clients. Before joining Bank of America, Sandra spent 13 years with Wells Fargo, honing her skills in retail banking, wealth management, and commercial banking. Sandra is passionate about financial literacy and is active in school and sports groups.

 Chris Lowman

 The Lowman Law Firm

Chris Lowman is a trial attorney focusing on commercial and business disputes.  He handles jury trials, bench trials, injunctions, arbitrations and appeals in state and federal courts throughout Texas.  Chris' client base is national in scope, and he is a recognized leader in the representation and protection of car, RV and boat manufacturers and dealers.

 Maxwell Materne

 Garage Composites

As a native New Orleanian, Max Materne has owned and operated his family motorcycle dealership since 2002. His entry to the powersports industry did not take the conventional passion driven start, but rather it originated from the desire to fill the void of an untapped motorcycle market. By starting a dealership with a business mindset and no preconceived notions he has created principals, process and procedures aimed at driving profit with a premium experience. Max joined the consulting powerhouse of Garage Composites in 2015 and has been running service management training academies for the powersports and marine industries ever since. 

 Shawn Moran

 Brown and Brown Insurance

Shawn Moran started his career in 2002 as a Business Manager at an Automotive Dealership in Upstate NY. In 2003, Shawn went on to become a successful Finance Director for a large RV & Marine Dealership with multiple locations. In November of 2008, Shawn made the decision to open his own agency, F&I Consulting Unlimited, where he quickly became known for his work ethic and knowledge of the RV Industry. In July of 2013, Brown & Brown purchased Shawn’s agency, creating in a short time the largest RV Master General Agency in the country today.  Shawn covers the Nation providing personalized Finance training to all levels of Business Managers in the Recreation Industry.  He conducts numerous weekly training sessions consisting of both small and large groups.

 Jill Nickels


 Jill is well-versed in the harmony of brand identity, architecture, interiors, and technology, and leveraging these attributes to meet strategic and financial goals. As Gensler’s Firmwide Digital Experience Design leader, a testament to her deep experience with the symbiosis of the physical and digital world. She orchestrates multi-disciplinary teams to meet each client’s unique goals. Jill’s understanding of the design process combined with her interest in innovation and brand experience enable her to help companies create high value impact through design. She has over 20 years of experience developing brands and bringing them to life in the built environment. Her comprehensive understanding of the importance of storytelling help her position brands with a strong voice and point-of-view.

 Harold Oehler 


Harold Oehler is General Counsel of Lazydays RV. Lazydays has six dealerships in four states. Harold handles all of the company’s legal matters and litigation. He has been General Counsel of Lazydays for 19 years. Prior to coming to Lazydays, Harold was a trial lawyer for nearly 10 years. His practice focused on defending automobile and RV dealers, manufacturers and finance companies. He represented over a dozen RV and auto dealerships across Florida, including Lazydays. Harold holds a degree from both the University of South Florida and the University of Florida College of Law.

 Martin Onken

Expedition Motor Homes, Inc.

Martin Onken is the President of Expedition Motor Homes in southern California. In addition to leading and managing the dealership, he also trains and consults third parties to open and operate successful RV rental dealerships and departments. Martin has presented at the RVDA convention/expo in previous years, primarily focusing on rental specific education.  

  Kelly Pinkerton


 Kelly Pinkerton is KPA’s Sales Engineer where her skills and experience allow her to focus on finding the most effective solutions for clients to reduce risk, increase compliance, and improve overall efficiency across their organization. Her time from 2001-2007 serving as an Automated Logistics Specialist for the U.S. Army and tour in Tikrit, Iraq from 2003-2005 were just the start of a career dedicated to accountability, resourcefulness, and teamwork. With over ten years’ experience in a high demand banking environment as a Payroll Manager and HR expert utilizing HRIS systems, Kelly understands company’s day-to-day needs, as well as, strategic goal attainment. Not only has she utilized HRIS systems, she has had the pleasure of implementing HRIS systems with KPA and she holds a degree in Organizational Leadership and Business. 

 Michael Rees

 A World of Training

Michael Rees, as President of A World of Training, is a hands-on, results-oriented leader with a comprehensive successful background in RV and automobile sales, management, training and overall dealership operations. Working all aspects of management (F&I, Sales, GSM and General Manager), he moved back to England and became a Partner in a new and used car dealership, taking it to #1 in the nation. Since returning to the U.S. in 2000, he has been dedicated to training others to succeed, and has helped hundreds of dealers nationwide to become more successful themselves. Michael has written several articles for magazines such as Auto Dealer Monthly, RV Executive Today and RV Business. He is also a regular workshop speaker at the annual RVDA and various State conventions – he invariably speaks to a full house due to his captivating topics and lively presentation style.

Lindsay Shearon

Lindsay's professional career began in traditional media but quickly migrated over to social media when she experienced the trackable, hyper-targeted capabilities it offers. Her focus in the automotive industry has given her a deep understanding of the needs of a dealership and how to converge them with a social media strategy that is unique to your target audience in your city. 

 Paul Sheldon

 Protective Asset Protection

Since 1992, Paul has conducted hundreds of workshops, seminars and training sessions for dealers across the country with two major goals; increase performance results and improve overall customer experience. Working with dealers in the areas of F&I, sales and customer service through many changing economies and customer cultures gives him the ability to help dealers adapt and prosper in any environment. Paul has been a presented at RVDA in 2016 and 2017 and previously for NADA, Toyota Financial Services as well as multiple dealer groups and national meetings. Currently, Paul serves as the lead trainer for Protective in the RV, Marine, and Powersports industries in addition to working with dealers and field representatives on a day-to-day basis. This mix of assignments allows him to stay current, relevant and up to date with our ever-changing marketplace. 

 Jered Sobel

 Sobel University

Jered Sobel is Vice President of Sobel University an exclusive RV sales and management training company. At the last RVIA meeting, Jered received the 40 under 40 award for achievement in the RV industry. In just under five years, Jered has built a following of over 500 viewers consisting of RV dealers and employees on his RV Monthly Training Webinar. Monthly, Jered holds five-day courses speaking to groups of 40 to 120 RV sales department top producers. Jered also works one on one with RV Dealership personnel as well as with sales teams. You will also see Jered training in RV Dealerships live at least two weeks every month. Jered is known for designing the industry standard onboarding sales training manual. Jered identifies with the millennials as well as the most experienced RV professionals. Jered is published in RV trade publications monthly and is most appreciated for his insightful view of today’s consumer.

 John Spader

 Spader Business Management

Born and raised in South Dakota, John Spader serves as President of Spader Business Management. John is one of the primary instructors of the popular Total Management Workshop offered by his company, and presents various other workshops and seminars related to business management. He is the author of articles which have appeared in many industry journals. John has been invited to speak for groups including Recreation Vehicle Dealers Association of America, Marine Retailers Association of America, North American Equipment Dealers Association, Outdoor Power Equipment Institute, and many more. John has worked closely with individual businesses in a variety of industries located in several countries around the world as a small business management resource provider and Spader 20 Group facilitator. He has also consulted and worked with associations and manufacturers, always with the focus on the privately-owned business whose owners’ savings are on the line. 

 Brad Stanek

Brad has worked in the financial services industry since 1993, becoming an investment professional with Morgan Stanley in 2009 through a predecessor firm. Initially with Merrill Lynch, he came to Morgan Stanley to provide clients with a full range of financial services and investment advice from one of the largest firms on Wall Street. Brad is a Certified Financial Planner and is registered in all 50 states. His focus is on financial planning and exit planning for business owners in the RV, Appliance and Electronics, Power Sports and Outdoor Power Equipment industries. 

 D.J. Stringer

 With over 20 years in the Powersports/Marine and RV Industry, D.J. Stringer has experienced the success that comes with simple dedication to a structured Sales and F&I process proven to work in the real-world day-to-day dealership environment regardless of the brand or the size of the store.  D.J. has held every position from porter to Dealer Principal, and almost every one of them in-between, but one of his favorite positions is that of dealer educator (or what some people call a “trainer/consultant”).  D.J. now spends most of his time in dealerships doing training, on stages giving Sales and F&I presentations, and moderating 20 Clubs, but when he has some free time, you’ll find him skydiving at Drop Zones across the country or out SCUBA diving in South Florida.

 Jane Warner

 With over 15 years of experience working with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families, and with degrees in psychology, education and law, Jane Warner brings extraordinary skill to clients’ wealth planning process, evaluating specific planning needs and building out integrative solutions. Before joining Bank of the West, Jane was a Senior Wealth/Business Succession Strategist for Wells Fargo. She also held positions as a Planning Specialist at Highland Capital Brokerage and Marsh McLennan Private Client Services. Jane has been speaking at events across the country on wealth transfer and business planning for many years. Before entering the institutional wealth planning environment, she was in private law practice. 

 Ron Wheeler

 Wheeler Advertising, Inc.

 Ron Wheeler is founder and principal of Wheeler Advertising.  He has been a featured speaker at RVDA for over 25 years and at NADA for over 18 years speaking on relevant and hot topics ranging from Dealership Branding, TV Effectiveness, Social Media and Digital Marketing.  He began his RV advertising career over 30 years ago.  He has been very involved in the RV industry serving as the RVDA Convention And Expo Chairman for 6 years and has also sat on the RV Hall of Fame Board.  His company works with RV Dealers in over 30 states as well as Canada.

 Valerie Ziebron

  VRZ Consulting

 Valerie Ziebron started VRZ Consulting in 1989 and has since worked with hundreds of clients – big and small to increase not only CSI and Profitability but also job enjoyment.  She firmly believes that “Work that’s fun, gets done!” She has delivered thousands of presentations around the world for dealers and their OEM partners.  Her clients have included Yamaha, Chrysler, GM, Eastman Kodak and many others.  Valerie makes a special study of what a dealership can do to “flip the switch from Reactive to Proactive” with the firm belief that to be profitable, you must be proactive.
