Economic futurist Jeff Thredgold will share key factors that will impact the RV industry during his keynote address at the 2009 RV Dealers International Convention/Expo featuring the RV Learning Center.  The convention will be held at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, NV, on Oct. 6-9. Themed “Rising to the Challenge,” the convention will feature a new series of timely workshops designed to help RV dealership owners, managers, and employees respond to the critical issues the industry faces today.

Workshops for owners and GMs will focus on cash and personnel management strategies to stay competitive. Sales manager workshops will cover essential techniques for making more sales in a tough market. There will also be important workshops on acquiring inventory financing and retail financing that can help dealers get more buyers qualified.   Educational workshops and the Expo will include a special focus on new products and services dealers can use to help build profits. RVDA will schedule a series of dealer-manufacturer brand committee meetings.
