on
Customer Retention through New Product Offerings
(Fairfax, VA) -- A good way to keep customers
returning to the dealership is through finding ways to consistently
offer them new and exciting products. On Thursday, October 4th NTP
Distribution’s Donna Martin will present a special workshop
entitled "New & Improved - What It Means to Your Retail Sales"
during the RV Dealers International Convention/Expo in Las Vegas.
Workshop attendees will find out what factors
should be considered when deciding what to sell and discover how to
differentiate new products to overcome consumer resistance to
buying.
Participants will also learn tips for identifying new products that fit
their niche and customers, as well as what new and improved products
have the potential of breathing new life into retail sales.
