  E-commerce Solutions –Taking Your Parts Store to the Next Level*

Panelists: Angela Cellucci, Robin Beebe-Moussaoui, and Douglas McDonald from UVS Junction, Martin Street, Stag-Parkway, and Steve Swanson, Hilltop RV

Angela Cellucci will moderate E-commerce Solutions-Taking Your Parts Store to the Next Level, a panel session that will focus on how the RV parts industry has changed through the power of the internet. Discussions will include innovative solutions to online parts stores ranging from third party opportunities to self managed revenue building and enhancement opportunities.  Session attendees will learn how to use and implement the newest tools and strategies to build parts revenue. Tactics discussed on the panel will include topics ranging from product bundling, couponing, fulfillment, shipping, taxes, returns, and more.

Learning Outcomes:

1. How to re-think parts department sales by bringing parts to the front of your website;
2. How to get your liquid back and cash flow going with your stale obsolete parts; and
3. Creative marketing strategies to intrigue return website visitors.
